    Shipping details

    Delivery timeframe is 1-5 working days after you place your order. FREE FREIGHT ON ALL ITEMS - rural surcharge of $6 applies.

    If you require urgent delivery - there is the option of overnight courier at checkout.

    Returns

    If you change your mind on the product, we are happy to return it, provided it is in the original packaging, unused and new condition.

    There is a 10% admin fee to cover warehouse costs + freight in both directions is at your cost. We are happy to assist by sending you a courier label to attach to the returning item and arranging for courier to collect from your address.

    Refund is issued after the item has arrived at the warehouse.

    FAQ

    The swing hangers should be set about 5-10% wider than the width of the seat. So it depends on the seat width. A guide is 50-60cm (from the centre of 1 swing hanger to the centre of the second swing hanger).

    About 35-50cm is a guide. You need to adjust according to you and your child's requirements.
