Yes, we back our products with warranties, Most have a 2 year manufacturer warranty - but please see individual product pages.
Residential products are covered by a residential warranty - for normal residential use, with correct installation.
Commercial products only have a commercial warranty.

All items are dispatched within 2 working days from out NZ warehouses. *
We use Aramex and NZ post which typically take 1-2 days for delivery .
So you should expect your parcel to arrive 2-4 working days from placing your order.
