    Items are sent on the 10am courier - any orders after this, will be sent the following working day. If the item is urgent, please contact us to see what the fastest option is with timing.

    Playgrounds, tube slides and bulk items

    Dispatch is made within 48 hours of the order being placed (excluding weekends and public holidays).

    Delivery timeframe is generally 2-10 days depending on your location.

    During Spring and Summer, the freight prices are calculated live at checkout using the Mainfreight portal - simply add the item to your cart, go to checkout, enter your address and you will see the shipping cost.
    I can also do a manual quote from other companies which can be a lot cheaper sometimes, but not always - so please contact me if you would like me to check the pricing.

    During Autumn and Winter, I need to manually quote the playground freight prices. Please email me with which playground you want and the delivery address.

    You are welcome to arrange your own freight if preferred.
