Items are sent out within 1-2 business days of purchase, depending on the time & day you placed your order. Delivery time frames can be 1-14 days, depending on your location. We are dependant on the couriers/freight company for this. However, all items are tracked, so if you haven't received your tracking number, please contact us. We recommend tracking your items to ensure they are delivered in a timely manner. If you do not receive your items within 5 business days, please contact or the courier/freight company and provide them your tracking number.
Playgrounds and large items are generally sent out via Mainfreight and smaller items are generally sent out on Courier Post.
Our website is intergrated with the freight provider, to give you the most accurate freight calculation we can for your purchase to your choosen address - whether home delivery or to the freight depo.
To save freight, it is often cheaper to send it to a depo near you. But if you are in a town, it is worth checking if there is a depo near you!
We do our best to ensure your parcel arrives undamaged, but sometimes it does happen on the couriers anyway. You must check your packaging and product on arrival. If there is any damage to the packaging or product please contact us immediately, as we may need to lodge a damage claim with the freight company. To be able to replace / fix the product, we will require photos and details about the packaging and the product condition - in a timely manner.
