All KBT products are being tested and being approved according to the latest European directives and regulations, and comes with Certification, 2-years warranty, manufactures date, safety care instructions.

Pickup available in Mangere, Auckland Monday to Friday 10am to 3pm. (no weekends or public holidays).

Item will be ready to collect within 48 hours. Often less. Contact us if you want to check for earlier pickup option. Including same day pickup.

Address will be sent after purchase is made, as this is a third party warehouse & you need to arrange a pickup time.

Dispatch is made within 48 hours of the order being placed (excluding weekends and public holidays). Playgrounds, tube slides and bulk items are generally sent on mainfreight. You are welcome to arrange your own freight if preferred.

Delivery timeframe is generally 2-10 days depending on your location.

The freight prices are calculated live at checkout; after you have added the bulk item (eg playground) to your cart, and entered your address.

You are welcome to get in contact with us to check freight prices. We will need to know your exact deliver address and which item you are wanting quoted.

Some addresses; especially regionally or the South Island, we can get a better freight price via a manual quote with other organisations.

Returning these bulky items can be done, but isn't easy logistically. We charge a 10% admin fee or $300 flat (whichever is lower) to cover warehouse costs. Freight both directions is at your cost, but we can arrange for you if you would like.
All items must be in original packaging, unused and in new condition.
