Returns Policy

We will accept returns within 30 days, provided the products are new/resellable. There is a 10% admin fee to cover administration costs, and you are responsible for the freight costs to your address and to return items to our warehouse. Please contact us to arrange this if this is required. Refund will be made within 7 days of the item being received by the warehouse.

For any warranty claims, please contact us ASAP with full information about the complaint, the product use, photos, your order number and any further information that you think will help us. Different products have different warranty times and conditions, so please check each product for these.
