children. Safety coated swing chains and secure 6x4” swing beams make our sets
among the safest available.
Our range of slides are self-reinforced and precision-designed by our engineers and
builders to ensure the perfect balance of safety and endless fun for kids as they grow
and develop through play. All our play equipment hardware is galvanised to prevent
corrosion while bolts are recessed and capped to avoid injury.

We back our products with generous warranties and superior after sales services so
you can be confident you’ve made the right choice buying play equipment from
Kiwiplay. This includes a 10-year warranty on timber workmanship on your
playhouse and swing sets as well as a 2-year warranty on all accessories. Our slides
come with a lifetime warranty.
Our team is here to help if you have any questions about delivery, installation or
care. We recommend applying Natural House Co Timber Oil to any timber elements
on your play equipment to protect it from weathering and maintain warranty
conditions.

Our swing sets, slides and playhouse range come with comprehensive instructions to make it as easy as possible to put together at home once delivered. All the bolt holes and most screw holes are pre-drilled, and you get all the hardware you need to put it all together.
