All play equipment should be inspected regularly. Swings, slides and climbing things this is more important for. Recommendations below:

The frequency of inspection and maintenance will vary with the type of equipment or materials used or other factors (e.g. Heavy use, coastal location, air pollution, age of equipment)
Routine visual inspection (weekly to monthly) - Always check that the bolts and nuts are securely fastened. Check for any missing parts.
Operational inspection (1 to 3 months) - Check the stability of the construction. - Check every part for excessive wear and replace when necessary.
Annual inspection (1 to 2 times per year) - Check for rust and corrosion. - Check every part for excessive wear and replace when necessary.

Orders are sent within 2 working days. Delivery timeframe is 1-2 working days after dispatch. Tracking details are provided.

If you require urgent delivery - there is the option of overnight courier at checkout.

Parcels are sent on Aramex or NZ Post. If you require urgent delivery, please contact us to confirm courier times & costings.

If you change your mind on the product, we are happy to return it, provided it is in the original packaging, unused and new condition.

There is a 10% admin fee to cover website fees, admin and warehouse costs; freight in both directions is at your cost. We are happy to assist by sending you a courier label to attach to the returning item and arranging for courier to collect from your address.

Refund is issued after the item has arrived at the warehouse (item must be new / in original condition).
