Ensure play area is cleared and level within 8cm before assembly

Allow a 1.8m safety perimeter (minimum 1.2m) around the playset

Designed for grass surfaces; concrete installation requires anchoring and soft-fall protection

Customer responsible for complying with local HOA or council regulations
Shipping & Returns
Dispatch is within 48 hours of the order being places (week days only). Playgrounds, tube slides and bulk items are generally sent on mainfreight. You are welcome to arrange your own freight if preferred.
The freight prices are calculated live at checkout; after you have added the bulk item (eg playground) to your cart, and entered your address.
Returns: Returning these bulky items can be done, but isn't easy logistically. We charge a 10% admin fee or $300 flat (whichever is lower) to cover warehouse costs. Freight both directions is at your cost, but we can arrange for you if you would like.
All items must be in original packaging, unused and in new condition.
