Our playgrounds are designed as DIY Kit-sets - so you can assemble yourself - just set some time aside so you aren't under pressure. Obviously there are a few parts to the playgrounds.
Please note also that the playgrounds are imported from the USA, so currently the instruction manuals are in imperial - but I am working to get them changed over to metric measurements.
Warranty details
All our playgrounds come with a 10 year timber warranty! They are quality cedar wood and are designed to last many many years longer than this !
They do require sealing with an oil, stain or paint every 1-2 years to maintain wood integrity - as do all wood products.
All accessories come with a 2 year warranty - and are also designed to last much much longer.
We want your investment to last the distance. So we have invested in quality products you can trust. Hot dipped galvanised chains on the swings with plastisol coating to protect fingers and hair. no rust allowed to appear here!

Delivery, pickup & returns
Dispatch is made within 48 hours of the order being placed (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Delivery timeframe is generally 2-10 days depending on your location.
Pickup available in Tauriko, Tauranga Monday to Friday 10am to 3pm. (no weekends or public holidays).
Returns:
- We do accept returns; but isn't easy logistically due to the size & number of boxes.
- We charge a $200 restock fee to cover warehouse costs. Freight both directions is at your cost, but we can arrange for you if you would like.
All items must be in original packaging, unused and in new condition.

Our playgrounds are modular - so you can start with the base model, and then add on the higher platforms, monkey bars and tube slide as they children grow!
Or if you have a small backyard - we can adjust to fit your backyard - check out our space saver range. This can then grow if you move to a bigger backyard.We can arrange customised requests and designs if you allow enough time for your customised request to arrive from the United States supplier (about 6 weeks).

Apart from the options for the playset itself, there are many ways to maximise the fun during playtime - and keep the playground as a never ending imagination zone.
Adding play accessories such as a tic tac toe, telescope, megaphone, flags, different swings, and many other options as you will see on our website - the fun can be never ending!
These keep the play experience fresh and engaging without taking up much additional space.

A minimum of 1.2m around each edge of the playground is recommended. 1.8m is the preferred safety zone.
To try to make this easier to visualise, each playground on our website has the playground size in a diagram on the playground page, and a red safety zone measurement recommendation.

All our products are designed with safety as our number 1 priority.
Playsets should be placed on level ground, away from hazards; including tree branches and electrical wires!
Ideally you should add a soft fall surface under the playset to cushion falls and reduce injury risk.
Regularly check the playset for loose bolts, rust, or worn-out parts to keep it in safe working order.
Children should be supervised on playgrounds, especially younger children.
