    For residential setting, the Swing hanger with snap hook or Swing hanger with D shackle are great, as they are easy to install, and you can attach the swing chain directly to the snap hook or D Shackle.

    Between these two, it is just a preference on your style of connection to the swing rope or chain.

    The Swing Ductiles are commercial grade swing hangers. These can use a D Shackle to connect the swing chain or rope to the swing hanger. You can then attach a snap hook between the D shackle and swing chain if you want the option of quickly changing the swing

    This depends on which swing. Weight limits are listed on each product page.

    Bucket swings are typically 30kg. Flexible belt swing is 50kg, and the KBT Rubber swing seat and the residential belt swing both have a weight limit of 70kg. I

    Yes, we back our products with warranties, Most have a 2 year manufacturer warranty - but please see individual product pages.

    Residential products are covered by a residential warranty - for normal residential use, with correct installation.

    Commercial products only have a commercial warranty.

    All swings, swing attachments, D shackles, S hooks, and chains must be maintained.

    INSPECTION AND MAINTENANCE

    The frequency of inspection and maintenance will vary with the type of equipment or materials used or other factors (e.g. Heavy use, coastal location, air pollution, age of equipment, ...). Moving metal parts must be oiled regularly.

    Routine visual inspection (weekly to monthly) - Always check that the bolts and nuts are securely fastened. Check for any missing parts.

    Operational inspection (1 to 3 months) - Check the stability of the construction. - Check every part for excessive wear and replace when necessary.

    Annual inspection (1 to 2 times per year) - Check for rust and corrosion. - Check every part for excessive wear and replace when necessary

    We use NZ post which takes 1-2 days typically, and Armex which takes 3-5 days typically. All items are in stock and dispatched from our Auckland warehouse - unless stated they are a pre-order item.
