📦 Orders & Shipping
- Courier-sized orders are usually shipped within 24 hours.
- Order cut-off for same-day dispatch is 9am.
- Occasionally we may be able to extend this cut-off if the courier is available – if your order is urgent, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
- Pick up available for large items (playgrounds, slides etc) in Mangere, Auckland available warehouse collections are Monday-Friday 10 to 3.30pm ONLY. We service both North and South Islands, aiming to make it easy to get a playground in New Zealand.. All smaller / courier sized items are sent out by courier - no pickup option available sorry.
- - The freight calculator for courier sized items is set up to use Armex/Fastways - which typically have a 2-5 day delivery timeframe. We also have the option of NZ post which typically has a 1-3 day delivery time frame. We will send you tracking information. Please contact us & request NZ post if required - normally 15% extra freight costs.
- - freight calculator for large items such as playgrounds uses Mainfreight. For the South Island, sometimes I can get a cheaper price with another company for the smaller playgrounds, slides and monkey bars. Mainfreight is the only company I have found so far that can carry the larger playgrounds

that is naturally resistant to rotting, decay and insects to avoid chemical exposure to
children. Safety coated swing chains and secure 6x4” swing beams make our sets
among the safest available.
Our range of slides are self-reinforced and precision-designed by our engineers and
builders to ensure the perfect balance of safety and endless fun for kids as they grow
and develop through play. All our play equipment hardware is galvanised to prevent
corrosion while bolts are recessed and capped to avoid injury.

Our team is here to help if you have any questions about delivery, installation or
care. We recommend applying a timber oil to protect any timber elements
on your play equipment to protect it from weathering and maintain warranty
conditions.
