The frequency of inspection and maintenance will vary with the type of equipment or materials used or other factors (e.g. Heavy use, coastal location, air pollution, age of equipment)
Routine visual inspection (weekly to monthly) - Always check that the bolts and nuts are securely fastened. Check for any missing parts.
Operational inspection (1 to 3 months) - Check the stability of the construction. - Check every part for excessive wear and replace when necessary.
Annual inspection (1 to 2 times per year) - Check for rust and corrosion. - Check every part for excessive wear and replace when necessary.

Items are sent on the 10am courier - any orders after this, will be sent the following working day. If the item is urgent, please contact us to see what the fastest option is with timing.

If you change your mind on the product, we are happy to return it, provided it is in the original packaging, unused and new condition.

There is a 10% admin fee to cover warehouse costs + freight in both directions is at your cost. We are happy to assist by sending you a courier label to attach to the returning item and arranging for courier to collect from your address.

Refund is issued after the item has arrived at the warehouse.
